We started using their office in Buna due to a change in insurance and connivence. My child went in February for a regular clean with no issues. By April he was being told he had over 5 cavities and would need to go to Texas Children’s in Houston for sedation and to have them fixed. Luckily we got a second opinion and he had two cavities (not five) which could have been prevented and avoided had they done proper cleanings and checks and we were able to have them taken care of easily without sedation. Office regularly cancels appointments last minute, usually isn’t on time and obviously doesn’t have a high standard of care. I do not recommend them at all. We’ve used them for about 3 years due to ease of location, I regret it wholeheartedly.

I love this practice. My children have been going to Dr. Kauser Shereen for over 10 years. They are always kind, friendly and not only maintain their oral health ,but always ask and keep up with what they have going on in every day life every visit. My oldest daughter is now graduating this year and going on to become a Orthodontist. We never have to wait when making an appointment. Even when switching insurance and had hiccups we were taken care of.

Terrible experience—complete waste of my insurance and time. I booked this place for a routine exam and cleaning. The hygienist was incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. She kept hurting my lips and jabbing my mouth like she couldn’t even see what she was doing, just mumbling 'I’m sorry' over and over. Dr. Shereen barely glanced at my mouth just one glance, and then scared me by saying it was 'very serious.' No cleaning was done, and they handed me an outrageous treatment plan and tried to make me multiple visits. Avoid this place!！

I have extreme anxiety with doctors/dentist and it’s been awhile since I last went. I was terrified of my initial appointment here but probably had my best experience yet at a dentist in Beaumont. Everyone from the person checking me in, the x ray tech, the dentist, to being checked out was extremely sweet and gentle. They even take your x rays in the chair and have a tv set up so you can comfortably distract yourself. I felt like my treatment plan and pricing was explained to me very well. Finding a gentle and understanding dentist in Texas is hard. Glad I found them and definitely recommend if you have anxiety!!

Dr. Sayyed sees my whole family. She did a remarkable work with cleaning my teeth. My kids love her for being friendly and are not afraid of seeing a dentist. Her patience and gentleness has made them very comfortable about their dental visit. Her staff is very friendly and did a great job on explaining my insurance benefits. I would definitely let friends and family know about her practice.
